A Virtual Assistant (VA) will perform various administrative tasks. This includes but not limited to organizing and updating files, answering calls and emails, and assisting in creating presentation and sales materials. Perform market research and provide customer service satisfaction. A tech savvy who is able to communicate through multiple channels in organizing tasks.
Candidate must have Vocational Diploma/Short Course/Bachelor’s/College Degree.
At least one year work experience in the related field is an advantage.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
Must have good reading and listening comprehension.
Has initiative and can work independently with less supervision.
Detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable.
Some knowledge of retail sales (online and in-store).
Handle client calls and emails by proactively replying to them.
Manage online and offline promotional activities for the client business.
Communicate with the suppliers, vendors, and customers to provide specifications in handling orders.
Process customer’s orders and invoices.
Manages both new and existing clients’ sales.
To provide excellent customer relationship to the client as well as to the customers.
Handle confidential employer and client information.
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.
Handle scheduling and delegate daily tasks.
