Responsible in managing and distributing information to the management. Assist in hiring, briefing and training new staff. Provides office services and maintains office supplies. Implements rules and regulations of the company. Monitors manpower status and conduct meetings for updates. Answers incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed. Also generates memos, emails, meetings and reports when appropriate and perform other related tasks.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No work experience needed.
Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
